Shipping Policy

• Orders over $50 to the contiguous 48 states will receive free shipping. At this time we cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Military APO/FPO boxes or PO Boxes. We also do not ship International.
• Orders $50 and under will be charged $9.95 for shipping.

Due to the rise in credit card fraud and identity theft, for your security and protection we verify all billing and shipping addresses through our credit card processing company prior to shipping your order. To avoid shipping delays, please ensure your ship to address, if different from your billing address, is on file with your credit card company. This can be done easily by contacting your credit card company directly and requesting they add the alternate ship to address to your account. You will be contacted via email if your shipping address is not verifiable however this may cause unnecessary delays in your shipment.

Return Policy
SuperBrakeWarehouse.com desires to provide the best value to customers while maintaining low prices.

• 30 day for returns and exchanges. No returns or exchanges will be allowed after 30 days.
• If you request an exchange, we will ship your new item(s) after we receive and process your return.
• Returned items must be in new, re-salable condition, and in their original packing. We cannot accept any returned item(s) that has been installed or modifed.
• All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• Special order items cannot be returned.
• Refunds and exchanges can take up to 10 business days starting from the date SuperBrakeWarehouse.com receives the returned item(s).
• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part, the item(s) will be shipped at no cost to the customer.
• If your order was incorrect or arrived with freight damage, we must be notified within 48 hours.

To make a return or exchange please contact a Customer Service Representative at (800) 906-7709 with complete details and reason for the return. Upon approval, a return authorization (RA) number will be issued along with a return address.

Warranty
Warranty are covered under our 30 day return policy. After the 30 day period, please contact the manufacturer directly or customer service at (800) 906-7709 to obtain warranty contact information.

Sales Tax
We collect 8% sales tax for orders shipped within California.
